Blue Cross PPO Plans
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) PPO, Blue Choice PPO Preferred, Blue Choice Options, and Professional Blue Choice PPO
Aetna PPO
All Aetna PPO Plans.
Out of Pocket
Sessions range from $180/hr - $200/hr and we offer sliding scale options based on eligibility.
Billing Disclosures
We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your benefits, including coverage and co-pays, prior to our first session. As a part of the intake paperwork, you will have to submit a copy of your insurance information and keep a credit card on file for coverage of any co-pays. You are responsible for knowing and understanding your insurance benefits and coverage. Calling your insurance ahead of time may help you better know what costs to expect.
